Orders & delivery
How are in-server perks delivered?
Perks bought through Tebex are delivered automatically to your FiveM (Cfx.re) account, usually within a few minutes of joining the server. You'll sign in with Cfx.re during checkout so we know where to send them.
How do I get my files after buying a script?
Scripts and other direct products are attached to your store account. Once your order is paid, the download appears under Purchases & downloads in your account, and you can re-download it any time.
Why do Tebex items and direct items check out separately?
They're two different payment systems. Tebex hosts its own secure checkout for in-server perks, while direct items are sold by us. If your cart has both, you'll complete two checkouts.
Do I need an account to buy?
For direct products, yes — that's how we deliver your downloads and keep your purchase history. Tebex purchases only need your Cfx.re sign-in, though you can link that to your store account to keep everything together.

Which frameworks do you support?
Most of our work targets ESX and QBCore, and we build standalone resources where it makes sense. If you're on something else, ask — porting is often straightforward.
Do I get the source code?
Custom builds include source. For off-the-shelf packages it varies by product — the product page says either way, so check before you buy.
Can I use a purchase on more than one server?
Licences are per-server unless the product says otherwise. If you run multiple servers, contact us about a multi-server licence.

What payment methods can I use?
Tebex checkout supports cards, PayPal and a range of regional methods depending on your country. Direct purchases go through our own checkout.
