Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hotspot Creations (the "Store"), operated by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME]("we", "us"). By buying from or using the Store, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell two kinds of products, and they work differently:

• In-server packages — perks, vehicles and other content delivered to your FiveM (Cfx.re) account in-game. These are sold and processed through Tebex, and are usable only within FiveM.
• Direct products — scripts, assets and custom work sold directly by us and delivered as a download through your Store account.

3. Accounts

You need an account to buy direct products, because that's how we deliver your files and keep your purchase history. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You may optionally link your Cfx.re account. We use that link only to associate your in-server purchases with your Store account.

4. Payment

In-server packages are paid for through Tebex's hosted checkout, and Tebex's own terms apply to that transaction. Direct products are paid for through our checkout. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the product page and may change at any time, though changes never affect an order you've already placed.

5. Licence

When you buy a direct product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the server(s) covered by your purchase. Unless the product page says otherwise:

• Licences are per-server.
• You may modify the product for your own use, where source is provided.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the product or its source, in whole or in part.
• We retain all intellectual property rights in the product.

6. Delivery

In-server packages are normally delivered within a few minutes of joining the server. Direct downloads are available in your account as soon as your order is marked paid. If something doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll sort it out.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Store for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Store, our systems or other users' accounts.
• Redistribute or resell our products in breach of the licence above.
• Charge back a payment without contacting us first.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

9. Third parties

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or FiveM. Your use of FiveM is governed by their own terms. Payments for in-server packages are handled by Tebex under their terms and privacy policy.

10. Liability

The Store and its products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date above tells you when it changed. Material changes won't apply retroactively to orders you've already placed.

12. Governing law
